 SHIPPERS WAREHOUSE PARTNERS WITH WURTH USA TO ESTABLISH SOUTHWEST DISTRIBUTION CENTER

                 Dallas, Texas – Shippers Warehouse, Inc. and Würth USA, Inc. have entered into an agreement establishing a Dallas, Texas distribution center to service the customer pickup, LTL, and parcel shipments demands of Würth’s customers in the southwestern US.  This is the first 3PL managed facility in the Würth USA network.

            Established in 1969 in Monsey, New York, Würth USA is a leading supplier of high-quality automotive chemicals, fasteners, hand tools, and electrical supplies.  The automotive industry makes up the majority of its customer base with an emphasis on body shops, independent repair shops, auto dealerships, motorcycle repair shops, and vocational/technical schools.  In 2011, Würth extended their product offering to include cargo and fleet maintenance solutions for trucking companies, fleet maintenance shops, and cargo repair facilities.

            Würth USA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Würth Group, the world market leader in assembly and fastening materials.  It currently consists of over 410 companies in 84 countries, employing more than 65,000 worldwide.

             Shippers Warehouse, Inc. is a Texas based provider of supply chain services (3rd party logistics or 3PL).  Operating over 3.8 million square feet in 6 facilities in the Dallas/Ft.
